Today, July 25, 2018, Marcel and Marjorie came into my unit and told my son to stand outside after asking if anyone else was in the house with him. They said that they were doing an inspection. Marjorie tells Marcel to take pictures of my bedroom, and then they leave the premises. They continue to come and do illegal inspections without informing me of such. This is not the first incident of them entering the dwelling without informing the tenant by email, mail, or unit.
Other (requires explanation) I would like the real corporate business number, not the number online that leads to them.
Resident fail to abide by lease agreement in a clean and sanitary condition including but not limited to
1. Lack of housekeeping and/or
2. Failing to cooperate with management and/or pest control in the treatment for bedbugs, and/or
3. Failing to prepare apartment home and/or personal property for treatment of bedbugs, and/or
4. Failing to follow preparation and/or instruction sheet for treatment of bedbugs, and/or
5.Inhibiting the ability of management to treat the bedbug infestation.
