I placed an order on September 20, 2020. I paid extra for two day shipping. I received an email immediately after I placed the order and it said that I had to verify my billing address in order for my order to process and ship. I verified my address and responded to the email. My order was set to arrive two days later. 5 days later, I still hadn’t received my order. No emails or phone calls either from Venus. I called them and spoke with a representative who explained that my account needed to be verified. Since I had never placed an order before, they needed my correct billing address. I’m not she why, as I gave them all of my correct info when I place step order, and then again through email.
So I “verified” my account once again on the phone, and per a supervisor, she was authorizing my order and making sure it was shipping out that day. That was on 9/29/2020.
Today, 10/3/2020, I still don’t have any tracking info or any proof that my order shipped. I called again and spoke with a representative. She said the exact same thing to me, that my account had to be verified for my billing address and that my order could not ship until I had done so. She said my order is showing that it is processing and I need to provide my info to her. I explained that I called the other day and I was promised that my account was verified and that my order would ship THAT DAY. This representative, Van, who I spoke with today, immediately got an attitude and said that because my account has not been verified, that my order could not ship. I tried explaining that I have verified my account TWICE now. She kept repeating that I had to provide more info. I finally gave up and said that I wanted to cancel my order. Van, without even asking if there was anything she could do to make my experience better, canceled my order.
I will never order from Venus again.
