Review: A pair of perfectly fine shorts went out for pick up with the rest of my laundry and they came back after being laundered badly ripped. No responsibility was taken and staff was very rude and very unhelpful. They also lost an article of my personal property that they also picked up to be laundered....which was a large towel. Again no responsibility was taken, staff was extremely rude and after several attempts at contacting the owner, he never responded to our complaint and he never contacted me about it as was promised. No credit or reimbursement was offered.Desired Settlement: I would be happy if I were reimbursed $30 for the shorts and towel.
