I went to Dotty's waited for a employee named [redacted] to bring me a drink it never happened so I approached her asking for juice she told me no, this isn't the first time an employee was rude, one of them told me I couldn't use the bathroom when I first walked in, I think it's time to stay away from Dotty's they don't appreciate my business, to many other casinos in Las Vegas
I've been a member of Dottys establiments since & I've never had any issues til I moved to this area & well at this dottys,the customer service wasn't what I was use too
Almost all the bartenderd at store #are older woman who hate younger girls or somethingI see them providing the gentlemen & older woman with plenty of service with a smileI'm disabled with bipolar disorderWe tend to not have good tempers and at times lack self control! the day shift lady is so rude never offers Me a drink but one time and took so long I finished gambling! I held it in for the longest time,never said.nothing to the student.l
