Vera Concepts

Letters of dissolution  for Vera home and garden Concepts L.L.C. were filed with the state of New Mexico on the 20th of February 2017. This company is no longer in existence and all liabilities have been formally filed and resolved.

In regards to this complaint, there are many discrepancies in the facts. First and foremost we have never asked for anymore money that was owed and agreed to by the client. 13th of December. We explained quite simply that the final invoice that was requested by the client would require generating an invoice therefore requiring payment. We did in fact provide all the requested information to order the final piece of material to match the originals. We have not heard back from this client since the 16th of December. After an extremely long period to decide to go forward with the project we ordered the material informing the clients it would take weeks to come in. After receiving and denying the material due to breaks and unacceptable cuts in the material the final delivery was delayed. And then the holidays came delaying completion even further. Our ability to contact the tenants was not received until two weeks before Thanksgiving causing a conflicts in schedules. This was frequently explained to the client with total disregard to the fact that we were simply trying to give the best service and not interfere with the tenants. The client frequently requested we go out to the units to complete the work on the weekends and after ours, which we do not do. Other requests by the client were to immediately install the materials as they arrived. We are a busy company and do not have the luxury of waiting for material for one project to arrive to suddenly drop all our other projects.  We have full documents showing the communication by this client with timelines and agreements by this client. We have emails explaining our reasons to terminate this contract along with photos showing completion of 95% of the contract plus additional work requested by the client before completing the original contract. We will NOT accept any further losses due to this client and will pursue all legal actions if necessary. The total amount owed from this client will be added to any further damages caused by this client. Any further comments negative or otherwise will be taken into consideration for legal proceedings against this client. Our attorneys have been contacted and will begin legal action immediately if this is not resolved amicably. Our wish was to terminate ALL communication with this client on the 13th of December and this is still our goal. We would hope this client had the same goal.
