Our lawyers delivered a formal letter of complaint to them over 30 days ago, and Mrs. [redacted] has not responded. She is stalling in the hope we'll just give up. Further, her description of our daughter's final fitting is simply wrong: the fitter had to use pliers to get the zipper up, and then announced they would replace the zipper. They used the exact same model of zipper and we got the exact same result on the wedding day: the zipper couldn't make a curve in the dress without excessive force being required. The result was a ripped dress an an hour delay.
