purchase the property and will be using North Point Asset Management to service our tenants needs, on June 30 we sent out another letter stating we will no longer be using the Management company but will be keeping the same onsite manager and the owner will still be the same. As for the screws and nails we have a lawn care service that comes in weekly (every Wednesday) that does trash pick up and cleans and blows all each walk way (they have not reported any nail or screw issues) , We also have a cleaning crew that comes and does trash outs on all our vacant units within a 72hr period  of being vacant as well as an Pest Service ( Barrents Pest Control) that comes on a biweekly time frame to resolve any pest issues, But if the tenant does not comply with providing key to her unit ( Which we've requested on several occasions) Pest service can not service her unit, Also if she continues to leave her trash by her front door (for hours- sometimes days) this also attracts bugs & pest to her home.  Pictures are attached for the services we received as well as the trash she leave by her unit. We will take into consideration on releasing her from her lease if she will pay all that is due on her account.
