Refund on charges they withdrew unauthorized. 170.00I ordered a free trial, paid for shipping. And 2 weeks later was charged 179.00 for the two bottles of vitamins. When I called they said I missed the cancellation by 1 day and refused to give the amount they withwithdrawn back to me . I talked to him and then he offered 1/3 of it then 50 percenit in 5-7 business days. This is a entrapment scam.

Unable to cancel in allowable time period
Product gives you 2 weeks to cancel but provides no number to cancel future orders. Not until 2 months have gone by will you notice the charges on credit card statement and will then be sent more product with return papers with workable number listed. When calling was offered several discounted amounts in hopes of having me keep product. I refused all discounts and was finally given return address that is different than address listed on return paper.

The company refunded my money

Advertised a free trial received in mail charged me $24 in shipping costs. Next month I received 2 charges from Vera slim $88.87,87.41.
I called to cancel and get refund. They recorded me and I did not quite understand 25 percent refund. I changed my mind and said I wanted to send the product back unopened and get a complete refund but it was too late and in the system already. False advertising, Free trial paid for shipping and the following month billed me 2x for a product I did not want.

Desired Outcome

I would like to send the product back and get a full refund.I have been issued a 50% credit but I don't want the product. I did not sign anything or did not know I was suppose to cancel the order. I just thought the free trial and shipping costs were the only costs

We are in receipt of the complaint for Ms. ***, (Complaint ID#XXXXXXXX), and have generated and mailed a reply, (return receipt requested), on 9/27/18. Additionally, the customer was refunded the remaining monies on (9/27) for both the Vera Slim and Sena Cleanse. Thank you for forwarding this and allowing us the opportunity to respond.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card and refused to refund money. I never even ordered product. I did enter my card number but when I read the file print did not order, process, or move forward in anyway. Even called twice to confirm I did not want the product. Mailed product twice and billed me!!!

Today, 12 Sep 2018 I received a small pkg from Fulfillment Center for a bottle of veraslim pills for weight loss, I DID NOT order this. I called their phone number and spoke to a man. He told me that I had ordered these pills back on 21 Jul 2018 and that they shipped me a bottle of said pills, which I did not receive, he then said they shipped another bottle on 9 Aug which I did not receive, and then I received this 3rd bottle out of nowhere. He said he would refund me for the Aug ship of $74.00 and he would not refund me for the rest. The total bill was $174.00 plus change. I assure you that I did not receive any bottles of this product until today. He knew I was angry and I told him I was calling my bank to investigate this, and to stop any further activity from this company. I have the bottle back in the box today and it will go out in the mail on Thur, 13 Sept back to the Fulfillment Center. I want all of my money returned to me. I am 73 and am on a fixed income. Please help me.

I received the envelope from the Veraslim on Sat, 29 Sept stating many things that were in total error.
Such as in paragraph 3 dated 7/24/2019 I received zero, nothing, they state it was delivered to a parcel locker on Jul 29th at 1:34 pm, post office never informed me of a pick up, so totally untrue. My mail box in across the street from my home, the post office is in another town, Magnolia, TX. I check my mail daily, and received no such package.

Paragraph 4. No such thing happened.

Paragraph 4. Again, received no such package in my mail box. I have no idea where these shipments went to. However, the mail box is a community box with individual boxes.

Paragraph 5. on 9/12 I did received a package in my mail box and I opened it and a bottle of the Veraslim pills with a packing slip name the item and the amount. This was the first time I received anything from this company. That is when I called and questioned the package and the amount they took out of my checking account. Of course I was in shock.

Paragraph 5. I received NO SUCH FUNDS AS OF THIS DATE, 5 OCT, 2019.

When I spoke to you last week, I would give them 7 business days to refund my money. I went to my bank yesterday, and we went thru my statements and cannot find any such returned monies. I would like to know the exact date and time they sent my funds.

We are in receipt of further complaints from Ms.. ID XXXXXXXX
Regarding the packages not received, we have provided valid tracking from the USPS. Once these shipments leave our fulfillment center, it is the responsibility of the postal service. Those tracking numbers were previously provided to Ms. for her reference. She can refer to those tracking numbers with her post office for further clarification and the whereabouts of the packages.
Two refunds were generated for Ms.. One refund was on 9/12/18 for $88.97 and the second one was on 9/27/18 in the amount of $88.97. We ask to allow up to 10 business day for these refunds to arrive at the customer's financial institution. Our system shows successful delivery of these funds. Should Ms. require further assistance, she would need to provide bank statements confirming the refunds have not been processed back to her bank.
We trust this to be resolved.

Vera Slim offered a Risk Free Trial Just Pay Shipping.On the evening of 8/21/18 I ordered the risk free trial but on 9/6/18 my card was charged $88.97
Vera Slim offered a "Risk Free Trial, just pay shipping" on 8/21/2018 I placed a order for there risk free trial, paid for shipping with my debit card, on Aug, 23rd, 2018 @approximately 5:30 pm after arriving home from work I checked my mail & received my package. The next day Aug 24th, 2018 I began my Risk Free Trial. On Sept, 6th, 2018 Vera Slim charged my debit card $88.97 On Sept, 7th, 2018 I phoned customer support & sought to cancel the risk free trial, I complained about the charge to my card and was advised by the operator that unfortunately had I called 2 days earlier they could have extended my Risk Free Trial to a full 30 days & only charged me $44.00 for the extended trial. I asked if they had shipped out any more of the product? And he answered no. I asked if my money could be refunded? And was told no. When I asked if there was more product in the process of being shipped out. I was told no. I asked why then was my card charged the $88.97? And was told it was for the original product the Risk Free Trial Product that was shipped. My reply was this was supposed to be a risk free trial & if they would like me to return the unused portion I would be happy to return it. I was told no I can keep it they will cancel my account. But had I called 2 days earlier I could have avoided the charges.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back & I would like to return there product. I would like there addvertising to me more clear. This is not a risk free trial if you dont have to time to try it out ie; complete the trial products to determine whether or not it works.

Formal Timeline of events:
8/19/XX- X:XX am- Trial generated online for VeraSlim. Prior to the Visa Card: (ending 7808 with an exp date of 6/19) being billed, the customer agreed to all electronic terms. (The auto ship terms have been included in this letter). These terms clearly indicated the continuity billing of $88.97 for the VeraSlim provided the trial was not cancelled after the 14 day window. (4 additional days are added for shipping and handling). Customer was billed $4.97 for shipping and handling.

8/19/18- 8:301 am-An email was generated to: ***@gmail.com to confirm the order. (This email was provided by the customer). The email indicated order details.

8/20/18- 11:06 am- Tracking was generated (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and we received confirmation from USPS that the order was delivered to the customers mailbox on: 8/23/18 at 11:44 am FOR TRIAL BOTTLES.

9/6/18 at 10:10 am- customer was billed for the trial bottle (confirmed above) of the VeraSlim ($88.97) since she never cancelled within the allotted time frame (electronically agreed upon) during the initial order entry. Customer was then placed on continuity shipments.

9/7/18 at 6:3O pm-Customer called in to cancel
9/10/18 at 9:48 am - Agent emailed customer that a full refund of $88.97 was processed back into to her account and to allow 7-10 business days for it to appear at her financial institution.
9/24/18 Revdex.com Letter received via email and response generated. Customer copied on response

We do send a (30) day supply of the products (each) to the customer to be used within the allotted trial period of 18 days from the date of order, as specified by our terms and conditions. There is a 14 day trial and we allow 4 additional days for shipping. Our terms state that if no cancellation is requested to our customer service department prior to the trial expiration date(s), the customer will incur the charge for the one month supply initially sent. The customer will be charged every 30 days from the initial order date and sent a fresh one month supply until cancelled. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the trial offer. We state, in our terms and conditions, that we offer a generous 30-day money back guarantee on all merchandise. The only remaining issue I have is on 9/7/18 when speaking with the customer service representative, I specifically asked "can I return the remaining product?" The customer service representative state no. And then tried to convince me to continue my trial subscription. I WAS REQUIRED TO STATE PLEASE JUST CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION MULTIPLE TIMES. AND MY OFFER OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT WAS REFUSED.
other than this my issue of money was resolved and my account was credited $88.97.

I ordered a free trail which they stated would cost me 4.97 when I got my credit card statement they billed me an additional 88.97 which I did not agree too. I paid the 4.97 but when my billing statement came they billed my card for the additional 88.97..I called the company they said that I owed this for the one bottle of pills which was supposed to be free if I paid the 4.97 shipping..I just want a refund this company is a fraud..

We have searched this customer by name, address, phone and email address and we are unable to find this person in our database as having purchased from us.

Also the address that is given in the company information is not our address. I believe you have the wrong company on this complaint.
