The product was sold to us for "abdominal aortic screening" (AAA) and we were told to bill medicare code [redacted] or ***For covered diagnosic servicesIn the agreement it states "Obligor acknowledes that the Equiptment is in good working order and fit for the Obligor's intended use"In their form it also says that Medicare offers "Free Screening" for it in the physical with the code ***On November 30,Verathon sent out a letter starting that there had been a serious injury because the product had been mis used and that the product WAS NOT for "SCREENING,DETECTION OR DIAGNOSIS of AAA" I contacted them on 12/31/2015, 1/6/2016, 1/8/2016, 1/13/and on 1/13/emailed the sales representative and then emailed them again a week later stating that they are falsifying this product and that we can not even use the product for what it is leased to us for and they will not answer me back, only stated that if I felt the need to get a legal issue involved to go aheadThey are tell
