They will do anything in their power to NOT cancel your subscription for their products. Primary means of contact is through text message and "If for some reason you haven't received a response within a few hours, shoot us an e-mail at ____!" If you tell them to cancel your subscription they will just not reply. They ignore you. I've canceled my card with which I signed up with because I will not let them get the chance to even take any more of my money without my permission. Scam company. Other reviews have said they do not message you before getting your permission to send out an order and automatically charge you. Do not fall for this scam or else you'll be forced to cancel your card and wait for a new one to not deal with this mess. It is up to you if you want to take a chance with this company.
