A simple 1040 tax return took over three weeks to process. Took forever to contact them and get a reply back. Had to have someone else call to get a return call. I was quoted a price and they charged a lot more. I am still in dispute over the fee. I have tried several times a month since April to contact them and the CPA. They give excuses like computers are down, he's out of the office, left for the day, no answer, on vacation. Even J that answers the phone says I will call you back and does not. I even called the CPA's direct line. Left messages. I tried contacting online and requested contacted. No results. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer Service is Horrible. Still waiting for a reply or call back or answer.
