Hello, I have contacted the customers and have went to their property to assess the damageI have been in contact with the company Who installed the playset and I am currently still waiting on an estimate from the guyI have tried contacting the guy from Alden pools and play a couple
times and I'm still waiting to schedule an appointment for them to do the repairs
