Review: On August ** 2013 my husband put a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit on a used 2006 Chevy Silverado at Verdi's Used Car Factory located at [redacted]. Supposedly the same owners as [redacted]. Days after leaving the deposit he was informed that it had a Salvage Title on it. My husband then asked for his deposit back. [redacted] the sales man said he had to check with his boss. Weeks later I called this morning to ask for the deposit back. [redacted] again said he had to check with his boss. I went there today and he said we could not have the deposit back. He was intimidating, rude and threatening. Therefore, I left with my 3 children in the car. I have the original receipt with proof of deposit. No where in the advertisement or on the receipt did they state that the vehicle had a Salvaged Title on it. This to me is fraudulent.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our $100 refundable deposit back.

At this time we would like to refund the deposit made on the vehicle, and ask that any negative review posted regarding Verdi Motors be retracted or updated stating deposit returned. I would like to state that Verdi Motors and Used Car Factory are seperate business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Upon receiving a check for $100.00 mailed to us at [redacted] the matter will be resolved.
