Review: I bought a used 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4 wheel drive pick up truck from Verdi's Used Car Factory. I had to bring it back twice already for work that is still not done. The first time I brought the truck back to Verdi's there was a check engine light that had come on & he needed to reset it, which he did. I then took the truck to [redacted] in [redacted] which is where I wanted to take it before I bought it to have them check it over. While at [redacted] they found 5 bad brake lines, a bad left front axle joint (that needs to be replaced), the rear left emergency brake is stuck on, & a leak in the power steering pump. I dropped the truck off a second time on July * to have all of the work completed. (left the list of work that needed to be completed in the truck). On July ** I went back to pick it back up & noticed a few things still weren't done, I asked [redacted] the salesman to have [redacted] the [redacted] give me a call the next day. I was suppose to be leaving the next day for vacation & driving the truck. I didn't feel comfortable diving it long distance so decided to take it back to my mechanic instead and leave it with him to check out again. After a couple days I called my mechanic to see how things were going, he informed me that the brake lines were jip tied instead of bolted, the front axle joint was never replace, the emergency brake is still frozen, & the power steering pump still leaks. I tried to contact [redacted] again, but he hasn't returned any of my calls. Before, I bought the truck I wanted to take it to my mechanic in [redacted], but was told I couldn't drive the vehicle more than 6-10 miles from the business with dealer plates, but that he would take it there the next day. [redacted] called me the next day to inform me that he wasn't able to take it there because he had to took it to [redacted] that he would repair anything that was wrong up to 30 days. The 30 days is getting closer to running out and I feel that he is trying to avoid fixing the problems.Desired Settlement: I just want to get the truck fixed.
