Review: I ordered food from this business and when food was delivered the bread was frozen coleslaw was frozen the sauce in the Stromboli was watery the chicken nugget meal was cold and not fully cooked and when calling to see about a refund there were rude,mean and ignorant they hung up the phone on me numerous times very unprofessional and they told me I will not get a refund which I think is unfair please help me.Desired Settlement: I would just like the amount that I paid for the food that was not able to be eaten which was $35.35.

I am rejecting this response because:

While reading response , I have found many discrepencies with the company's story. When calling the company about the food, we told them not that the food wasnt prepared they way we had asked, but that our food was inedible. For example, my wife's sandwich was encased in an extremely WET bun. And, when the "supervisor" was told about the multitude of problems going on with his company's product, he became irate, and told us to bring the food back. Also, we did not tell the supervisor we would not bring it back because it was half eaten, as we could only take one bite because of it's inedibility. Furthermore, we had our food delivered , and requested that the supervisor have the same delivery driver come to pick it up.
