Consumer states: The company has still not sent me any fundsThey promised that I would have a check that was post marked on the 28th of MarchI just want to have my funds sent to me according to the payment plan that we agreed upon

(1). Yes, $500 to cover my loss for the first vehicle;(2). To cover the second one -- An adjuster sent from the insurance company, provided by the Verdugo and Son Trucking, made an estimate of repair of $2000, and the trucking company has a copy of it already.Therefore, I am asking a payment of $2500 to cover my vehicles' damages. At the same time, I decline the trucking company's request to work out a payment plan. I feel that they have already had more than enough time to get this matter taken care of -- my claim to them was first filed on July 12, 2014.Also, I would like to request the payment to be sent to your office, then be forwarded to me if that's possible at all, as I don't feel comfortable letting the trucking company finding out my current address or such information (when my vehicles were first delivered back in July last year, I was renting a house and I am no longer there).Thank you a million from the bottom of my heart for your help, Sir!Sincerely,[redacted]

We as a company do not have the full amount to send at once. We are a one truck company not a fleet we don't make millions a year we are barely staying alive. Yes I know you don't care [redacted] I offered to send the first $500 you would of had a check by now. My offer still stands I can send you the first $500 and get the rest out in 30 days. Please let me know and this is not the owner I am the helper Dannys daughter thats going to pay and mind you I am doing this from my pocket and I work 2 jobs with 4 kids on my own. So I will take from my pocket to pay you so you can stop with this. Thank you have a great day

Review: I got married last June and was moving to AZ from CA to be with my husband. I called a trucking company, and they arranged Verdugo & Son Trucking to deliver both of my vehicles.The morning on the day they were supposed to come and pick up my vehicles, they called and raised price! :( Since my airline tickets were in the afternoon on the same day, I had to "agree" with the sudden price difference.When [redacted] arrived (he is the owner of the company I later found out), I showed him my cars and photos I just took, so he knew those photos were current -- one of my cars is brand new! Conversation went on, he told me once he got a complain that he had damaged a car, but he just ignored, ignored and finally that customer just "disappeared" -- It rang the bell in my head, but again, in the situation I was in at that time, I had to just trust him, and let him do the job.Two days later, when he delivered my two cars, I was shocked to see that both cars, both on passenger sides, were scratched with those waves, waves of "white" lines from top to bottom, front to the back -- the entire side!!! :(He claimed he didn't know what had happened, and told me that the company is insured, I also purchased insurance, and I shall get in touch with his boss -- he noted damages on the bill of lading. I not only paid him the full remaining amount, but an $100 tip!And, my nightmare stated!The insurance co. he gave me was fake!!! And I just noticed the address on their papers was only a P. O. Box! It took me five long months calling, calling "his insurance", only to found out he wasn't covered! At the same time, he was playing disappearing -- hardly ever answered on phone calls, emails... but kept saying "yes, yes, I will take care of it".I finally contacted the Department of Transportation and got his correct insurance information, but again found out that co. was in London, and doesn't accept claims from the customer! :(So, that's why complain customers "disappear"! :(They are not an honest business!Desired Settlement: One of my vehicles I had full coverage on it and it was finally covered by my own insurance, but after $500 det, but the other one is not.I would like him to refund me that $500 and the repair cost to fix my second vehicle.Thanks!![redacted]
