HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY! Back in Spring of we connected with Verengo about installing Solar in our home Our initial in-home visit was in May of We were promised a promotion of getting paid for referring our friends even if they did not sign up We never got paid on those referrals after almost years now of chasing them down monthly They are now saying we will never get paid They don't call you back They just are blowing us off It took a year and a half to get reimbursed for the energy audit they made us pay for They are saying the promotion no longer exists! REALLY! Of course when you string someone along - anything will expire! That's not our fault Disgrace! Shameful As far as installing the solar, they strung us along on that too - never did come thru - just stopped communicating So glad we took time off from work in an effort to save money with them, only to be blown off! Waste of my time Not much we can do except vent here They obviously don't care! So beware if you get involved with them We've tried going up the chain of command just to be put on endless hold I guess they are not even in our state anymore - or at least that was their latest story I believe they said only on the west coast now
