Did not complete move as promisedOvercharged for servicesLeft items which were booked to be moved Paul Hauls was booked by our family to relocate our bedroom home from Clearwater to Tarpon SpringsWe used their on-line booking system indicating the amount of rooms in the home, the furnishings and we indicated we had a spa to be moved as well as a chicken coopFollowing the booking a representative from the company called to confirm the move, review the items we were moving - including the spa and chicken coop - and quoting $1,at the high end promised they would have the manpower to move all itemsThe representative even went so far to tell us they move spas all the time and have a guy who would handle itThe week before the move the company called to confirm the moveWe again reviewed the items to be movedThe same representative who spoke with my husband when the move was first booked called and spoke to meI confirmed with him that they would be moving our spa an

Our furniture was damaged Property was stolen We need a fair amount for the furniture damage and a reimbursement for the stolen property They moved us from one home to another on October 18, No contract or list of furniture was ever provided This was our first time using a moving company & we did not know we should have received these items When speaking with Johnny before hiring them I asked him what they do about furniture damage if it occurs He said they pay cents a lb& have a $1,000,insurance policy He also said if anything happened they would make it right The moving men damaged multiple pieces of furniture I made numerous calls to their office & Johnny said he never knows when Paul will be in & he was having medical problems (At least calls over about a month.) I reached Johnny who could not tell me anything else or got no answer Finally, he gave me Paul's cell number & we talked a few days before Christmas We spoke again shortly afte

We gave Paul Hauls Quite a challengeWe had a move with five stops, multiple pick up and drop off's, houses, storage units and second floor apartmentsWe thought it would be a terrible move, but Paul Hauls made It fantasticFrom talking to the owners and scheduling the move, to the team to the equipment and the truck - everything was first classIt all went off without a hitch, and the team was very professional, very positive and fun to be around! We would recommend them to anybodyJust a super company to work with
