Failure to provide results
My husband and I ordered DNA sequencing in the Fall of 2019. We were told testing was finished and we'd get results. However, about 1 1/2 years later, multiple requests to them, we have nothing. They have our money. No response from them for months. They took the money but didn't produce the results. If I could give negative stars I would.

I placed an order in June 2019 and had the finish date changed a number of times to finally Jan 31,2020. This was supposed to be a 12 to 16 week process. I paid over $1000 for the test without any results whatsoever. In early December 2019 they shut down the USA operations, but without any info on possible refunds of paid moneys. Beware of this company and I am still waiting for my results.

We have expressed our direct apologies to the customer and made accommodations to improve their experienceIn return, they have provided us with valuable feedback, which we are implementing through proactive customer communications and an expedited approach to distribution.?

Veritas Genetics accepted this order through its partnership with the Personal Genome Project (PGP), and delivered the genome sequencing data to the customer via the PGP prior to receiving the complaintAfter a few attempts to reach the customer to ensure his data was received, Veritas was able to
speak with the customerVeritas and the customer had a productive and positive conversation regarding the receipt of his data and the concerns he expressed in the complaint, as well as other questions he had about the results.Veritas' subject matter experts are reviewing the questions he has, and will be in touch with the customer in the near future to ensure he is satisfied with the quality of our product, and is able to get the most out of the data providedVeritas will provide more information about future interactions as soon as it is availableVeritas looks forward to providing more information and improving the customer's experience

Veritas Genetics has partnered with *** Personal Genome Project to provide whole genome sequencingIn the initial collaboration with the PGP, Veritas Genetics only provides participants with the sequencing dataNo interpretation or reporting was initially offered at the time of the order
Veritas Genetics has since agreed to provide the myGenome report to PGP enrolled participants for whom Veritas has provided whole genome sequencing, at a later dateLike all our services, this will be subject to terms and conditions and an additional informed consent, all within the applicable regulatory limitations. Veritas Genetics acknowledges that we accepted the order through our collaboration with the PGP where the participant is a resident in the state of New YorkVeritas Genetics is authorized to provide interpreted reports in states but not yet to residents in the state of New York; we are actively working on obtaining our license in the state to make myGenome services and interpretation reports for PGP participants available. Veritas Genetics contacted the customer directly and had a positive conversation, we look forward to distributing the report when we are licensed in the state of New YorkBased on this customer's input Veritas will enhance its communication of the service the customer is ordering and the applicable terms and conditions. Veritas has previously distributed the sequencing date to the customer as part of the agreement and collaboration with the PGP. The customer is satisfied with Veritas' accommodation of his complaint, and Veritas and the customer look forward to delivery of the interpretation report when Veritas obtains a New York license to deliver the report

customer support representative was able to contact the customer and had a positive conversation discussing the delay and the expected timeframe for the delivery of the reportVeritas plans to stay in communication with the customer to ensure that the report is delivered as soon as possible and that he is satisfied with the product. Based on this customer's input Veritas will enhance its communication of the service the customer is ordering and the applicable terms and conditions.  Veritas has previously distributed the sequencing date to the customer as part of the agreement and collaboration with the PGP.  The customer is satisfied with Veritas' accommodation of his complaint, and Veritas and the customer look forward to delivery of the interpretation report when Veritas obtains a New York license to deliver the report.
