The main water pipe feeding the house brokeAfter reading many reviews and calling many plumbers I decided to go with Grace plumbingI was able to take a picture and text it to the actual plumber (Kevin) to get a quote though the phoneKevin was very nice and was at my home within an hourHe inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix itThe repair was done in minutes!! This company and Kevin's customer service was excellent! I would recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use this company againPlus they give discounts!!
Grace Plumbing responded to our request almost immediatelythe plummer was professional and respectful of our needs, home and time frames at all times the work was done to my complete satisfaction we have recently purchased a old house with old plumbing and anticipate some issues but didn't expect it in the first month as I have not used a plumber in a long time I am not sure about the cost, we just new we needed the drain fixed total cost was $for service and $for parts that was about hours work clearing the drain and replacement of the under-sink pipes
I was offered a discount to write this review, however that did not influence the actual comments
Kevin came out very promptly afterhours when I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night He was courteous, professional, and thorough I appreciate his knowledge and expertise He replaced our pipe and valve behind the toilet He was there for us when we really needed him
I called Grace Plumbing today to repair the plumbing connected to my hot water heaterThey were responsive, on time, friendly, and the issue is resolved

We had a problem yesterday with a sewage backing up out of the shower. I called grace and they arrived at my home within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I am very happy to say I will use grace plumbing again if necessary.
