I went to Verity Medical Foundationbefore scheduling an appointment I asked the receptionist if they were in network with my insurance and they confirmed that they wereon the day of appointment I gave them my insurance card before I went in and asked them "Do I get in network pricing for visiting *** in network price was 40$) and the front desk person confirmed saying yes Around weeks to a month before the surgery I called and asked them to cancel the appointmentThey confirmed that they cancelled the appointmentAfter a couple of months I received a bill of around 1400$, which included the visit with the doctor and the surgery that I cancelled almost a month before the appointmentI was supposed to get charged only 40$ for the doctor visit which was my in network pricesince then I've been trying to get this issue resolved with their manager for past 3-months and no luck
