my husband and I got married here and it was the worst experience ever we got the the complete choice package which is the biggest package you can buy we have said in cabins in Gatlingburg and pigeon forge over a dozen times and this cabin they gave us was not what they promised us we even reset out wedding date so that we could get a nice cabin I would consider the cabin they put us in very ghetto it was dirty when we arrived the hot tube did not work neither did the fireplace...so we get to the chapel only to see there was still a wedding going on therefore we had to wait.. we was promised an hour in the chapel but onle got maybe 15 mins before they rushed us off...ours was the last for the day...we were told to come back in the morning to pick out our pictures and pick up our ceremony dvd ok we get there and we don't get to pick any of the pictures .....as promised...they wanted another $495 for the other pictures so I called just about all the other chapels in the area and they are selling there's for $99 ....wow what a big difference....we paid the extra money and paid for the big package because it said we would have ALL pictures on a cd with copy rights ,,,,another lie...when asked about our ceremony dvd she tried to sell to us for $50 and we told her was to be included so she grabs this piece of paper and didn't really even look at it and said oh your right abd slung it across the table to me...we tried to talk to her about buying like 3 or 4 pictures and she basically threw us out of her office...HER NAME IS [redacted]...been tring to call honeymoon hills and all they keep doing is saying I will call you back been 2 weeks now...don't stay there go elsewhere's as this place is rude after they get your money....they lied from the very start and mislead us...there ad is misleading also.
