I scheduled new patient appointments for my two daughters and myself at *** *** *** Yreka,CA for 4/4/Due to a conflicting schedule issue I contacted *** *** *** on 4/3/to reschedule my daughter's appointment to a different date but was to keep mine and my other daughters appointmentsThe person I spoke to on the phone stated that due to the fact I was rescheduling an appointment less then hours from the original appointment that I would be charged a $cancellation feeI informed her that I was told I had within hours to cancel without being charged a feeI actually have a date/time stamped voicemail from the employee stating I had hours to cancelShe then transferred me to a supervisor who was very rude and unprofessional, that stated I was mis-informed by a "new employee" about the hour cancellation policy and that they have a new policy in effect stating I had to contact within hoursI informed this person that I have the voicemail of h

the doctor's diagnosis and prescription are incorrect and damaging to my vision efforts to reexamine and provide corrected lenses are met with resistance and refusal to reimburse ugly collection efforts against me continue while I have attempted to work with them to resolve this vision health issue
