I am rejecting this response because:We have spoken many times before I agreed to sign up for your course and I clearly stated that I am not interested in the training for the price you sell it unless you assist in a job placementI am not happy with the training you provided and services you provided. The training lasted much longer than 5-weeks as you initially statedI lost a lot of time waitingI also contacted you towards the end of the training asking you to start marketing and interviewing for entry level positions evenYou kept stalling and kept pushing back my initiatives. You promised a life project during the trainingNo such was providedThe training was solely based on the demo of QTP that is available for free for anybody online a long time ago. Here is the link to that demo: https://***Any material you provided is available for free online or on youtubeSome of the material you provided was even outdatedI gave my feedback to you about the training and the trainer as you requestedQuality of the training is not up to the price you chargeThere is another trainee who took the same class with me is disputing the charge as wellIt's of us in the same batch who are not happy with the training and the services you provided. As for the resume, you made up a resume with completely fake experiences and work places and emailed it to me with no explanations or remarksI told you I was not comfortable with all that made up info on the resumeYou said that majority of companies want people with such experiencesI said I was not comfortable with lyingTherefore, I refused to accept itI'm attaching the resume you asked me to defend. For the mock interview, you asked questions that were not covered during the training.It took me several times to schedule a mock interview with your marketing department. No, I am not interested in any type of cooperation with your companyYour company has a very poor management and organization and runs its operations with dishonesty. It takes days to get hold of your specialists either via email or phone callsMy calls and emails simply get ignored constantlyAs stated previously many times, I'm not happy with the training and services you provided, please, kindly reimburse the amount of $I have paid. HI Revdex.com, we appreciate in reaching us. First of all we never guarantee any job placement here.We tell them we provide training and if they need placement we assist in finding a job. But job is not something which can be given directly. for her we arranged training and successfully completed it and...
after we helped her in building her resume and we have conducted mock interviews and we scheduled interviews with some of the vendors.All the vendors has rejected her in the interviews after seeing her performance and we have been telling her from the day one that she need to practice and need to perform well in the interviews for getting a job because job is not in our hands the client has to decide based on her performance.Here I am not blaming UMIDA but I wanted to tell that she haven't understood the process and she is in an opinion that as she paid 500 USD we need to get her a job and that is not correct.We have conducted 2 months training and we helped about a week in building the resume for her and after that we arranged mock interviews for her. We have provided all these services in 500 USD only.We only charged for the training and we never charged for any kind of placement services that we provided. We charged for the training as we have to pay the trainer who trains her.After taking complete services and after failing in the interviews blaming the company and asking for refund showing wrong reasons is not which we appreciate.We still help her in getting interviews if she is fully prepared and ready for the interviews. We explained this to her several times and even now we tell her the same thing that job is not something which we buy in the market and give rather it should be achieved with lot of hard work and talent. Without putting efforts and without taking the training seriously no one can get a job but whatever the situation it is,however its our responsibility to let them understand and explain how the process actually works.As a company we are not responsible for their performances in the interviews and we tell this very clearly to all our customers but moving further we try to make sure that my customers understands whatever we convey in a correct way to avoid these kind of misunderstandings.
