Yes, there is two sides of this story: *Allen & Michelle purchased from us on Nov 4th, 2013. *They signed a "Due Bill" stating that widays they would bringing the truck back to have the appearance package applied. *That never happened. *Our service Department
called them for a period of years to come in.They refused to bring vehicle in. *We offered to apply it to their new vehicleHe refused. I am looking at your "Complaint/Background" and it states that MrHandrow claimed to have spoken with us on March 18thThat date was a Sunday and we were closedInaccurate statement.
