Per our our Optical Director, the patient was called and a message was left. In the message we stated to the patient, he will receive a full refund when he returns the glasses. We are awaiting a call back

The appropriate departments and Dr [redacted] have been notified of the complaint. We have reached out to the patient numerous times and will continue to try and resolve the issue.
