talked too the customer about height, and the customer decided to go with a 7" foundation instead of the standard 9", shown on the showroom floor, due to his height preference. On 7/10/17, We received a call from the customer about the mattress still being to tallOn 7/14/*** exchanged the 7" foundation with a 5" foundation, to bring the height down even moreThere was a delivery fee of $which the customer paid with a check, # *** did not bring a different mattress, only a shorter foundation per the customers request
