Our Verlo mattress is six-years-old, and we've been very happy with it. When we experienced a problem recently we were extremely satisfied with the excellent service addressing the issue, and we're again enjoying a great night's rest!

Purchased a new bed frame and mattress. It was delivered and set up. Had a problem with this item and I am 74 years old. Was having a problem falling out of bed. Called them and they delivered a different mattress. After they set it up I later found out that this mattress had to be flipped end to end and upside down once every two weeks. This information was "NOT" given to me before they installed this. If they had informed me about this I would not have had them install this as of my age and physical shape I can not do this. I found this this out from some information the delivery people left without telling me this. They did not hand me this information as I fount it on the floor under the bed this past Thursday.
On 6/2/2017 The customer bought a queen size, 1 sided v5 firm mattress set, in addition to a queen size, Burton Way headboard/footboard which was delivered on 6/28/17
*** Mattress offers 4 different foundations (2",5",7",9") due to the height preferences. Our comfort coach on our sales floor talked too the customer about height, and the customer decided to go with a 7" foundation instead of the standard 9", shown on the showroom floor, due to his height preference.
On 7/10/17, We received a call from the customer about the mattress still being to tall. On 7/14/17 *** exchanged the 7" foundation with a 5" foundation, to bring the height down even more. There was a delivery fee of $49.99 which the customer paid with a check, # 9219.
*** did not bring a different mattress, only a shorter foundation per the customers request.
