I assume when I take a vehicle/piece of equipment anywhere to be serviced, that not only what is specified is repaired, but informed as to obvious problems and issues to be looked in to. I am not a mechanic, that is why it was placed in their care in the first place
I still feel that that my complaint is valid, and the company/employee's response, though correct in part, still leaves their service lacking.
As I filed this complaint for information only, to be used as a guide by future customers, and not for any monetary concern, I feel that this objective has been achieved

In response to claim from Mr. [redacted], He did bring his chipper in for repair in December of 2014. we had done all services to machine that was requested and went over what was found and not found to be a issue. In May of 2015 he had called and said machine was not working correctly and asked if I could come to his place and repair on my way home. I am the service manager for company and do not do actual repair on machine and sent email from company service manual for adjustments of the machine that service techs go by. I did offer for him to bring it back and I would have tech look at machine again for him. In regards to parts falling off and not working on machine there was nothing done to repair lights and muffler on my work order. Work order was as follows. 1-Service engine,2- check cutter blades,3-replace tires on machine. we did run operations on machine before it left and found a issue with machine that was not listed and repaired for customer when checking operations. Went over these repairs with customer and all was ok with machine when customer picked up.
