The residence owners tenant was informed that we would start the work at the end of march if able. She forwarded the quote to the residence owner who left messages in regards to not being able to pay and wanting a payment plan. We do not do payment plans and in fact the quote
was qualified with full advance payment required as Is our policy with non existing customers. We did reach out to the property owner or times via telephone at which time his voicemail said it was full. We did not follow up as our schedule is a very busy one
