This matter with [redacted] has been resolvedHe paid for his security deposit on one credit card and wanted the refund to be put on a different cardThis was not possibleHe has since been issued a check in the amount of $200, which he picked up in person In Mr [redacted] 's recent barrage,he wanted me to take him to the bank and show him that we had sufficient funds to cover the $He has no "right" to demandaccess to our banking InformationWe are a year old family owned business and our business model is not to steal security deposits His complaint is frivolous and trust it will be disposed of .accordingly

This is in response to a complaint received from *** ***. He contends that we are not returning a $security deposit. We processed the $refund on 1-4-16, transaction ID:***. Mr*** contends that I have fraudulently created a bogus receipt and pocketed
the money. I spoke with Mr.*** on 1-20-16, but got no where due to his screaming profanities at me. I tried to give him the transaction number but was unable to due to his conduct. I met with Wells Fargo bank on 1-21-and learned that transaction did not clear Wells Fargo until 1-14-16. I advised him that I have no control over the amount of time it takes for banks to process transactions. I spoke with Mr*** again on 1-and advised him of this

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received my refund. I spoke with Chuck today (Tuesday 1/26/2015) and he said he was unwilling to walk with me across the parking lot to talk to his bank till this Friday the 1/29/2016. I did not insist that the refund receipt was fraudulent, I simply implied that what was provided, was not proof of a transaction being made to my bank. Furthermore, his receipt leaves no room or information to follow up on the clearance of supposed transaction. When I left the building today, he stopped me to talk outside and asked me, "Why would I want to help you if you've already slammed me on Revdex.com and Yelp." I responded by saying that I've waited far beyond the 7-days for the transaction to post and that he and his staff were unwilling to help before I publicized my experience with them. He again insists that there is a problem with my bank. When I asked him why when I made the deposit through the same bank there were no issues, but from his bank to mine there's an obvious issue. Chuck responded with "I don't know, this is the first time this has happened". So much for the business man he claims to be. Finally I asked him to cancel the current bank transaction and to cut me a check instead. He said that that's not how he conducts business. Apparently adhering to Vermont's 7-day deposit refund assurance isn't how he conducts business either. Sincerely,*** ***
