Ms [redacted] did not ring a bell.....but this is perhaps a married name? After reading the complaint, I now know who that is, as Ive never had other complaints in the past 20+ years of doing wedding floral, so this was a first.......However, after reading what she wrote, I'm not sure "why" she waited until Jan2017, months after her wedding, to file this complaint Secondly, when she did in fact, call me that morning, I was not "cold as ice." That is not my nature, business practice, nor the way I ever treat anyone I listened as she complained that the "dinner plate Dahlias" were not what she had expected Given the picture she had given me of what she wanted, the white dinner plate dahlias, were in fact, true to the same size in the picture of what she wanted (in fact, dinner plate dahlias are NOT that big....they are saucer size)....for the record I kindly explained this fact to her The comment of $for just bouquets alone is a fact, but it was not coupled with what she states that I said I did say any of that In fact, none of what this person is stating about my attitude or floral is correct at all.....? Seems she is looking for ways to recapture some of the expenses.....?The wreaths were fine! I asked her if the bouquets, boutonnieres were ok, and she said "oh yes! they are all great!" She did have a complaint about the baby halo.....my apologies on that if this is true......I made a tiny little headpiece for a small child and recall that it may have been still too big.....? Based on all the other complaints above, none of it is accurate Not sure why Ms [redacted] (?) is carrying this to this extreme when the reason for her call that morning was to complain about the "dinner plate dahlias not being big enough." After she rudely HUNG UP on me, before I could even say anything (!).....take note on that......I immediately called local rutland area florists to ask if they had white dinner plate dahlias in stock ( of which I knew the answer, no.....its a special order)....I then asked each of them if they have ever seen a larger than saucer size dahlia.....NO...they all said.....we have notthey don't come the size of a dinner plate I was going to send them up to her if the answer on all was a yes, to make her feel better (!) As far as the rest of this complaint, it has no merit , basis or other She hung up on me Therefore, there was nothing I could have said or do otherwise Again, the complaint was that of the dahlias If a man's floral falls apart (again she said they were FINE!!!!), it could be due to the fact flowers are dainty and perishable I did NOT deliver brown, dead flowers, nor have I ever If these flowers were mishandled in any way by the venue after delivery, I cannot be held accountalbeperiod The attitude she is outlining in this complaint, again, is NOT legit nor factual Look at my record Zero complaints and ONLY positive reviews Check out my floral pics as well that should give an indication of my work I feel sorry that Ms [redacted] feels the need to go to this extreme
