VSAC hasn't addressed my concernsThe amount of interest doesn't account for the several thousand increase nor the balance of loan CAlso I have called *** several times and have been told repeatedly that they are working on it but must get the information from VSAC since they don't have accessV SAC also neglected to respond to my no longer having access to my account to view my statements. Dear VSAC:Thank you for your message The new debt collector that you assigned to this debt contacted me and offered me a settlement I have accepted the
settlement and this account will be settled as of 12/7/ I think this is a better option than relying on VSAC to resolve the matter As long as VSAC honors this settlement, then I will deem this complaint satisfied

I have accepted a settlement which will resolve the matter on 12/7/ Although, I still believe VSAC's collection practices are in violation of regulations due to lack of proper notice, as long as VSAC honors this settlement, then I will deem this complaint satisfied.Thank you for mediating this matter.
