Vtel still wants me to pay 502.00 for service that didn't work. I have been a customer for about 15 -20 years I had phone and internet that worked. I paid my bill in full and then switched to the bundle I called every week it didn't work last time I called, they said it would take 2 weeks to get someone there. It never worked why would I say this if it did. I have medical issues now and I would not be able to reach 911 or the doctors. They also said I could get 1 month free if I didn't like the service. It was supposed to be 139.00 a month, then went to 257.00 then 502.00.
