Vern & Me Painting

We are pleased with the work that Vern and Me did on our home. It was in dire need of painting, so there were lots of issues -- LOTS of scraping and caulking! They worked really hard and got it looking good. Their crew was very hard working. They were timely. They were very friendly. They did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was done. They listened to my questions/concerns and were willing to work the extra mile. They have a great attention to detail and make sure that they are doing quality work.

Vern quoted me a very reasonable price for the exterior painting of my house. I pointed out a problem with holes and cracking in my stucco-like chimney and he said he would include repairing it in the quoted price. I found this to be an excellent bonus and a wonderful reflection on how this business wants to please its customers.
The five-person crew always showed up early and aggressively set to work. All were hard workers, very friendly, and performed in a professional manner. Attention to detail was their strong point. This was the third time our house has been painted and never before was there such a high level of prep work and exceptional final results. Was told the job would take 9 days and they finished it in 7 days.

I cannot say enough positive about Vern & Me Painting. I lived in Liberty Lake in a condo for 8 years. My heart's in western Washington and I wanted to get back here to be near my son and back home in the Seattle area where I lived for nearly 30 years. It was in the height of the poor economy, minimal jobs in Spokane and difficult time to sell property. I took a job in Everett Washington. When the market opened up for selling again I was referred to Vern & Me by my Realtors office, [redacted] in Liberty Lake, to paint and refresh my condo. Because I know the quality work [redacted] and her staff do I called Vern. He and I spoke on the phone about my goals then he went over and looked at my condo for painting and some updating. Vern soon after presented me an estimate and recommendations. Vern was consistently on time followed through on every commitment he made increasingly building my confidence. Fortunately I had the help of my brother in law living locally who would intervene when I had more technical questions and met once with Vern. Vern built new kitchen and laundry room cupboard doors. Additionally he advised on what areas needed painting and what did not. I trusted his sense of style after looking at their web page and asked him to pick the paint color. There were a few other minor upgrade repairs. All the work was done with great quality.
Most of my communication with fern was via email becuse that was convenient for both. Vern sent me pictures to show me the process along the way. I got immediate response from them whenever I had questions or wanted to check up on the progress. He would update me on progress or potential delays and his requests were always reasonable with follow through per our agreement on any changes. I was not surprised by any new cost and the end result was perfect. I had no dissatisfaction, Vern was great at helping me save money and prioritize what needed to be done. The best news of all within a few months having my condo back on the market it sold. The day I went over to sign papers in Liberty Lake I found myself,for a few minutes saying "am I making a mistake this is so beautiful I'd like to just stay here". I proceeded to sign the paperwork though and new owners took possession and I understand enjoy being there.

I want the world to know what a GREAT JOB - Vern and Me Painting did on my home on the South Hill. I used three different colors, the house needed a LOT OF PREP WORK, wallpaper removal and interior as well as exterior painting. Vern and Me did it ALL!!! They staffed adequately, supervised the staff, cleaned up daily, communicated well with me, made helpful suggestions and recommendations, came in at the price QUOTED (no extras of hidden costs)and ON TIME.
