On 8/5/I dropped my car of for a hand detail$Received a call it was ready and to ask for a specific personWhen I went in to request the pick up the person I asked for didn't work thereNo one knew who I was talking aboutA nice fellow eventually came to escort me to my carHe didn't know who had called and he was one of the guys that worked on the carHe mentioned being new and learning the detail side so maybe it was someone he hadn't metAfter inspection I noticed the back had not been cleaned and there were many areas of the car that needed a little clean-upThe guy was very helpful and directed me to drive back over to the vacuumsI did not leave the propertyI drove through the lot to the area as instructed and noticed scratches on my right side mirrorI immediately alerted the detailer and he requested managementHe continued to remedy the missed areas of the vehicle while I waiting for management

I came in to get my car washed 3/I pulled in, guy I pulled up to was on a personal call and I had to wait for him to get off the phoneOnce he got off, he proceeded to ask what I was getting doneWhile I was talking to him he star*** textingI said I just wan*** a basic car wash with vac/clean inside...then he said, well, we can condition your leather seats too, if you want -its usually 20, but i'll give it to you for todayI said ok, I guess it could use itI went inside to pay and then looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged for the leather conditioningI told the lady at the front desk and she said, oh he's been doing that all day! She didn't offer me a price adjustment but handed me some scent thingsI wasn't very happy....but wasn't going to start a big deal over dollarsI wai*** about 30-min for my carI noticed right away when I got in that they had done a half- *** jobI paid for leather seat conditioning - looked as if someone poured oil on a

I’m requesting the assistance of the Revdex.com in having Genie Wash at *** *** *** *** replace the manufacturer issued cargo liner for my Acura RDX as I’m getting nowhere fast by trying to work with them directly to solve the matter My wife and I have been VIP members for two years and you would think that this outfit would want to treat “VIP” members like VIP’s I hate to think what they treat just “ordinary” customers The events are these:

I went to Geni car wash this morning 6/10/A.M and ask for a basic car wash some how I ended up paying for an upgraded manager special after repeating that all I wanted was a basic washthis has happened a couple times before seems like deceptive practice if you ask me after expressing my concerns about this to the person who wrote up the ticket he was argumentative with mei then ask to speak with the manager who was no help at all he just keep repeating they were busy and never offered up any solution I just gave up before leaving I did mention to him ill will be filing a complain on line he just said OKNo customer consideration at all
