WORST Customer Service EVER!!! I have been having internet problem and they refuse to come and check it. I pay for the box along with the service. I was told if they come and check it and find that it is my problem I will have to pay for the service call. Is this not why they are there?? They told me a few months ago my tv was not working and it was my tv not the cable. Almost went and bought a new tv but they finally came and checked it and it was the cable after all. Worst service anywhere!!
