The monthly subscription is $14.99 and includes 3 products.
I subscribe to the SURPRISE VARIETY option and the past 2 shipments I received contained all panties, no thongs. Previous months' shipments contained both thongs and panties in the variety, so I assumed there must have been an error in the 2 most recent shipments. I reached out to the company about this matter and was told that since it's a surprise variety it's usually a variety of panties and thongs, but could end up being all panties or all thongs. I argued that variety constitutes more than one type, so it is expected that the surprise would be 1 thong and 2 panties or 2 thongs and 1 panty. Color and pattern should not be considered a variety type, as they do not send 3 of the exact same product in any of the subscriptions. The consumer can reasonably assume that the variety type in question would be either thongs or panties. The advertising of the subscriptions is very misleading if they are not going to send a variety of both panties and thongs and that should be clearly stated. My issue was disregarded and I was instructed to purchase an additional subscription of ALL THONGS if I wanted to ensure I was would receive a thong.

Replacement I would like a replacement sent of 2 thongs, since 2 shipments did not contain any. I would also like the company to clearly state that the surprise variety may contain ALL panties or thongs. The ideal solution would be consistently sending a variety of thongs AND panties every month if the SURPRISE VARIETY subscription is selected by the consumer. I do not wish to cancel my subscription, as I am very satisfied with the quality of the products sent, as well as the price point.
