I was away from the country when this *** *** posted complaint.Anyhow I went over to his house to inspect the problem and found the things who are not related to the warranty of the job:like somebody else tared the chimney flashing with flashing cement so they automatically voided
the warranty on this part of the roof,second there was I some kind of the tear of the shingles like something fell on the roof and caused it that is not covered with installation warranty and on the front the the window casing in the length of 7'x42" was completely opened that needed to be caulked .So those things were the cause of the leaks of the roof.WE repaired them to keep the customer happy but those thing belong to the maintenance of the roof,window sealants ,and the siding.Some customers think they are entitled for the repairs of any kind of the leaks regardless of the causeIf you need more information about this case give us a call Mario D/Manager
