Horrible service a guy came out and was suppose to work on my heat pump and was more concern with my water heater and said it was goingTo blow up I called office and Ashlee was rude didn't care So I called another company and they told me who to report it to Never use this company they will scam u out of money and tell u anything even if u don't need it and r very unprofessional

Excellent service! George Rcalled ahead of time to tell me he was on his way and arrived on the dot He diagnosed the problem, showed me the part that needed replacing and why He explained everything he was doing Additionally, he was so polite and very patiently answered my questions He also provided me with suggestions and reminded me to change the batteries in my thermostatHe was very professional, courteous, and pleasant!

We have had only Vernon Heating & Cooling as our provider of these services for many years They are always on time and explain what they are doing while servicing our furnace or air conditioning When our furnace quit on a chilly day in 2006, the technician quickly arranged for large space heaters to keep us warm until a new furnace could be installedAppointments for servicing are easy to arrange and you get a call to let you know the tech is on his way

I was really impressed with the service provided by the two technicians from Vernon - The Heating & Cooling Specialist that serviced our furnace/air conditioning MrJermaine Aand David Hwere two of the most professional, and courteous workers I have encountered They were attentive to every detail, answering all of my questions while ensuring that my system was ready for the summer They showed up at the scheduled time A really great experience! Thank you Vernon for sending two professionals to service my system

John B. was an outstanding, helpful technician who completely solved my HVAC issue.

Have been with Vernon for 2 years and George R[redacted] has been the tech. Very professional, always with clean uniform and ready to do his inspection as soon the door is open. He tells you what he is going to do and will answer any question to your satisfaction. He makes recommendations from his findings and if you agree; he gets them done right away. Clearly he knows the system and knows what to do.

Marino E inspected our non-working AC system and was very professional in visually showing and describing its many issues. He prepared an estimate for the repairs and replacements for correction of the deficiencies which came to exist over the 6 years since the system was installed. I am extremely satisfied with his estimate and the clarity with which he explained every item.

Today John B[redacted], a Senior Residential Technician from Vernon, came to my house for the Fall Checkup of our heating system. We have had an annual contract for all our heating and air conditioning needs with Vernon for many years. John is extremely polite and personable, as well as thorough in inspecting our heating system. He also suggested a couple of improvements that we should consider for our comfort and our safety. I will be very happy if John is able to provide his expertise for us in the future.

Technician George R[redacted] arrived on time and provided professional, efficient, and friendly service.

My home Heater stopped working Friday night, 2/12/16. The temperature outside was below freezing.
I called Vernon Heating & Air Conditioning Company and was very pleased with the services received. The staff I interacted with were all very courteous and professional, starting with
1) the female who took my phone call and scheduled my repair service appointment for Saturday morning, between 9 am and 12 noon; 2) the male who called on Saturday morning to confirm the scheduled appointment; and
3) the Service Technician, Darren B[redacted]. In addition, Mr. B[redacted] appeared to be very technically knowledgeable and experienced. He explained what he was doing and took the time to make sure that I understood. He also explained why, or showed me, the reasons for the recommendations he made for future services/repairs needed. I rate Mr. B[redacted]'s service performance as excellent.
