Vero Beach Dry Cleaners & Launderers, LLC

I have been a customer of Vero Beach Dry Cleaners for 5 years. I called to ask if they could clean my sons draperies. They said yes. Well when I got the draperies back one of the grommets fell off the drape and another grommet was coming off. I called to tell them about it and they wanted the drape back to look at it. They told me they couldn't fix it and I ask them to refund the cleaning, which they did. I then spoke to my husband and he asked me to call them to ask them to buy us new drapes. I had to leave a message and when I got a call back from [redacted], she was very rude and yelling about the message. She then told me that I bought cheap drapes, which was from PBK and they were not going to replace the drapes. She hung up on me, now remember I have been a good customer for 5 years. I guess that's how they treat their long time customers!!! I will not recommend them to anyone to use.
