I am pleased with this productI like itIt is simple and basic and suites me just fineAt first I thought it would take me some time to get used to this productYeah, it took about a day to get used to itThey claim that you will save money using their product rather than buying cigarettes and they are correctI did however buy additional batteries because I forgot to recharge one of the included startup batteries and when the second battery expired I was forced to buy a pack of cigarettesBatteries are cheap and I would recommend that you buy extra batteries just in caseMy sense of taste and smell have returned and I no longer have a smoker's hackI highly recommend this product to those that are concerned about their health and want to save money at the same time
