The installer damaged the kitchen cabinet during the granite installation. Furthermore forgot to seal the kitchen sink to the granite.
I addressed the issues to the owner Antonio. He made three appointments to solve the issues, but didn't show up. The property where his company installed the granite is in Clearwater and I live in Tampa. I traveled three times to accommodate his appointed time. I finally had to hire a handyman to fix to problem. I contacted Antonio on December 9th and told him he owes me $60. He said he would send me a check, but I haven't received it yet. He caused me so much of my time aggravation. His installers didn't tell me anything about broken cabinet nor why they sealed my lazy Susan cabinet door to make it nonfunctional. Overall they're very unprofessional.
Despite my battered cabinet and my wasted time from missed appointments, I was being generous not charging him more. He never kept his promises. Therefore I'm seeking $200 for replacing the cabinet. resolution.
The cabinet was in bad shape and the Installers did the best they could to get the granite in.
The cabinets being in bad shape is not our responsibility, we do just the granite, I try to arrange follow up visit with her, but she not living in the property and us being busy was difficult to succeed finding a time that she and my staff could meet at the property, then she said she would handle it if I give her a $60 refund which I sent her through mail but I guess she never got, to proof good faith I can send another $60 and show receipt.

The installer didn't communicate with me about the cabinets and sealing the lazy susan. The owner made many promises he never keeps including sending me $60. I'll let things go if I receive the money in 2 weeks.
