One of the worst estate sale companies in this area - underhanded pricing, lies to families and falsifies income reports to short them whatever income she owes them, bait and switch practices to "re-price" items clearly marked when customers show interest, and a grimy, unkempt appearance showing she obviously drags items from one sale to the next for months, maybe longer No one should attend her sales
***, IPK, is quite rudeI still go to her sales occasionally, knowing she is not customer friendlyShe must get good money for her customers or word-of-mouth would end her business Just be prepared for her
I have been told she also has her hands in Customized and one other, which explains why the signs all look the same
Unfortunately, I just recently found out that IPK is also ***After my first interaction with Ms***, I swore off her salesI had picked up a bottle jack for my car at one of her sales, not knowing much about themObviously used and filthy but appeared to be in working order according to another customerMarked $I went to pay her and she took the money then said to me "I knew I priced that too low!" I listened to her berate other customers in the same manorMy son recently went to a sale where he picked up a timing gun in rough shapeIt was marked $but the trigger was brokenMy son went to her willing to pay the $She took the item from him and said she marked it wrong"That's supposed to be $10" she snappedHe informed her the trigger was brokenShe replied "OK, $8"He left empty handedShe's a one woman showSo, she follows people around and even accuses them of stealingEverything is priced like newAvoid her at all costs
