On 06/15/2019 I purchased a computer virus protection multi year package from Verratus Digital Presence LLC for $380.00 that was charged to my CreditOne Bank Visa card. On 06/23/19, (two weeks later) I sent an email to the comapny's Support Team that I had an unexpected car repair ($300) and that I would need to cancel the package and requested a refund. I received a response on 07/13/19 about my refund, they offered to reduce the term to 1 year from 4 and refund $130.00. I requested a full refund and from that day forward they have not refunded my credit card. I offered to accept a check but that never arrived even though they confirmed that it had been mailed. I requested over the phone and in email that my case be escalated to a Supervisor for resolution but "Tina" never contacted me. At this point no one is available to answer the phone when I call nor do they reply to my voice and email requests. I have sent complaints via their website yet no one has contacted me. I contacted my credit card's Dispute Department but their involvement is only available up to 90 days from the date of service.
