versace watch
my wife purchased a watch for me I wore it twice third time it didn't work contacted Versace they referred me to authorized service center I shipped the watch didn't hear from authorized center so I emailed them a month later they replied that they received the watch told me it will take up to 14 weeks to get parts and 3-5 business days to fix then more time to monitor before they release it then called Versace to let them know that's not acceptable was told nothing they can do I then asked for a manager non available but one will call me back they have not called yet my wife paid over $1800.00 for that watch will never buy Versace again

So inflexible
I am so disappointed. I ordered a customized robe as a gift and I saw I made a mistake once I got the "order confirmation" email and saw that I had ordered a 3XL instead of a Medium. Within the same minute I sent 5-6 different emails requesting to change it to a medium or to cancel my order and didn't receive any response until the next day saying they could not make changes to orders so that I get it get it "as quickly as possible" and instructed me on how to return it once I got it. Well I received it and called them and got them to email me a return label, and shipped it. Then they're sending it back to me because "personalized items aren't returnable". Then why be so inflexible on fixing my $870 order if you're not going to accept it or exchange it? I've called several times and "the highest" guy, Nick, told me there's nothing he can do and when I asked to speak to anyone else higher than him, he said they do not speak to customers and that all he can do is "put in a request" for me. Like he is going to do that, yeah right. So now I have an $800 robe that is 5 sizes bigger than what I need, and "oh well" I have to stick with it, or buy another one.
I need help, I need to get rid of it and get my money back and I am never spending a dime in this company. They can't spare $800 BUT I can... unacceptable. No stars.

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a pair of 2 chain reaction shoes they sent me two and charged my card I’ve been trying to get a hold of them via phone over fifty calls and no one ever answer. Then via email they all are saying that I need the shipping label number to track my package to return back to them but they made the label they should have it in their system but they are saying that they do not. It seems like they don’t want to return my package that they have received but won’t give me my money back.

I purchased a Versace handbag in London, England last April 2017. Within a few weeks the threads have unraveled, the bottom of the handbag bruised out.
I wrote to Versace three time, this was their response to me:

Versace products are not cheap, however, I am appalled to see the merchandise they make and sell.
They do not stand by their name! I am very, very disappointed and angry in way I am being treated.

Review: [redacted], purchased a multicolored silk print shirt at Versace on [redacted]. On two occasions now

I noticed that the dye from the shirt has blend into the white lining of my linen suit and onto the arm of my white undershirt . I had the shirt and the suit dry cleaned. The stain could not be removed from the suit and the shirt continues

to bleed on my underst. The shirt probably has bled into others clothing but It was apparent on the white clothes. I called the Versace store and describe the problem. [redacted] told me to bring the shirt to the store. I went to the store with the shirt,my suit and my undersshirt and showed them to [redacted]. He spoke with [redacted] who then

spoke with me. She said there was nothing she could do about the problem.I asked why I was asked to come to the store if there was nothing that could be done about the problem. She said it is company policy to ask customers to come to the store to present problems with merchandise. No one informed me of how to bring my complaint to customer service. I felt that my problem was ignored. No one apologized for the defective merchandise and no one said they would inform management of the problem. I wasted my time and money with no attempt to address the problem. I hope someone in customer service can respond to may complaint. The information from the shirt tag is

Review: My husband purchased me a watch from an Saks off Fifth location in [redacted]. For months I tried to get a refund for the watch because the band is defective. I haven't been able to wear because the band is an eyesore. I got the run around and Saks told me it was a manufacture issue. I contacted Versace over a year ago to resolve the issue and they tried to fix it at my expense. At Versace, we pride ourselves on excellent craftsmanship and customer service . Any Versace merchandise sold by an authorized vendor, such Saks Fifth Ave, Off of Saks Fifth etc.... are the responsibility of such vendor therefore under their return policy. The complaint states that the watch was purchased in a OFF Saks Fifth Ave location, which is not one of our boutiques, therefore all refunds or aftercare are the responsibility of OFF of Saks . The client would have to address her returns and exchanges with the merchant. If the item is purchased at our Versace Boutiques, our policy is as follows: Merchandise which has not been worn, damaged or altered will be accepted for exchange or store credit within ten days of the purchase date (accompanied by the original sales receipt) . Bathing suits, fine jewelry, watches, and eye-ware are considered final sales. While Versace has a 2 year warranty on watches such warranty covers mechanical defects, therefore any aftercare required outside this scope, would be at the client expense. I hope this reply has satisfied the inquiry.
