Versailles Salon and Day Spa

Review: I paid for a eye treatment for both eyes to have permanent eye liner. Like any tattoo you come back sometime after 6 weeks to have the 2nd treatment. [redacted] was the esthetician on January 27th 2015. I contacted her within 3 days of having the service to let her know that I got an eye infection, I had to go to the emergency room the evening of the 27th. I asked her to cover the medical bills and after several conversations, we agreed she would pay me 200, and she only gave me 150.00 after we agreed on the amount, we met at [redacted] and she said she only had 150. I agreed, I would not sue her for any other damages and I have kept to my agreement. However she has not kept to hers and she was suppose to finish the work. She doesnt want to finish, I will be happy with a refund, and was refused that as well; which is just beyond belief. Who should be awarded money to do a job, that one they don't finish. Flat out refuse to finish. I ask for my money back, so I can get someone competent to do the work, I already paid her to do.Desired Settlement: I paid 650.00 for the top and bottom of each eye to be lined permanently, not only did I get a horrific eye infection that I had to pay 250.00 ED copay, she decided to screw me on not finishing the job she started and was already paid to do. I want a full refund, I've called, texted, left messages to get this done, and when I finally get a responce from [redacted] she tries to play the victim, saying she already gave me a refund. Being reimbursed for partial medical bills, doesnt cut it.
