Repeatedly calls saying that my Verizon rates are being reduced as a courtesy Blatant lie as they want you to change providers completelyNot upfront about this at all Already asked several times to be removed from their call list with no effect and absolute rudeness from the person calling when requesting yet again to be removed Complete waste of time, fraudulent information being provided, refusal to remove from their call list and rude agents

Q tel called me and told me that they would lower my phone bill alot from my current providerThey told me $a month plus fees and taxes for serviceQ tel then started billing me $a monthI have tried to address this and Q tel told me that I was wrongNow with Q tel my phone is more than it was with [redacted] I argued with customer service times about thisThis time I told them to shut off my phone and the guy put me on hold and never canceled the serviceIt would have cheaper to stay with [redacted] This was deceptive and I was ripped offI just tole them to bill me what you quoted me and I would pay themThey refused to helpI want the service canceled asap

I received a call today from a person who said that Verizon is lowering my phone bill by 38% starting July 1stHe sounded like he knew all about my business phone linesI asked him why hasn't Verizon had not sent me a notification he said "that's not how it works.We do it over the phoneThey've authorized QTEL to contact the customers to notify them of the change." I said "That being the case, do you need authorization from me?" When he said yes I said no thank youHe spoke in a rude tone and said goodbyeThis company is not to be trustedVery shady indeedHis statements were a complete lieDo not be taken by them

This company {qtel} is sending me bills demmanding money which I have no idea at all.No body contacted me before from qtel, where I am the owner and only decision making person for the office including the telephone lines, I didnot authorise any one to make any decision on my behalf.This office is with Verizon for telecommunication needs for long time and till now.After recieving the bills I called Qtel & informed about the matter, He said he is not interested to discuss that with me for solution.I clearly explained that I donot need any other telecommunication company for my office at this time

Do Not by any means believe anything this company tells you They cost our company over $7,to regain our services with Verizon They are still billing us for telephone services that were fraudulently obtained by phone To throw more fuel on the fire they have submitted the claimed fees to a collection agency called IC Systems I made a big mistake by taking that phone call that day

Excellent experience over years of using them

QTel Solutions called our business presenting themselves as a division of *** (whose services we have been using for over years) and that they would be taking over our phone lines at a reduced costThey are not ***, they are a completely different company and their bill is in fact HIGHER than ***In the time since they took over our phone lines, our lines have changed: before, all our lines required us to dial "9" before dialing the number-- now, only one (out of three) requires this, providing a lot of confusion to our employeesI have had to call *** multiple times to switch back to our original service
I have spoken with QTel representatives regarding their fraudulent advertising (posing as fraudulent, switching phone lines without our informed consent)They said that they cannot revoke the bill and that their is a third party verification recording when the switch was made in which they say that they are wholesale providers on the *** network

This company QTel called me to say they were my "new service provider" and would be taking over my Verizon business account The bills that they sent me were 3X higher than my regular Verizon billsTwo weeks ago, I discovered that the information they gave me was and called their offices in Great Neck to cancel my account with QTel Since then, I have been unable to get my internet working for my business When I spoke with Verizon today, they said that QTel still had not released my account So Verizon is unable to help restore my internet and my entire small business is now in jeopardy because I cannot process payments This company is a scam and should be held accountable I now see there are many reviews online from people who were taken in by this scam

At the end of September I was with QTel telephone servicesThe company was told that I was closing my account with themOn October **, I changed telephone providersOn October **, the bill was paid, yet they billed me for November I telephone them; I reported I did not used their servicesI was told it would be take care of
On 01/**/i received a final notice that alleged I have bill of $and if I do not pay it on or before 01/**/they will turn it over to a collection agency at a cost of $to me I have stated that I would never pay a bill due to intimidationThe bill is small but I will not pay for something I did not useI will stand up to consumer fraud no matter how small
On information and belief, I believe that QTel telephone services is preying the weak, the disabled, the old and the ill individuals because this group of people will not go into hostile conflict over most matter, and will pay for peace
