The salesman [redacted] assured us that by signing an "updated" unpriced estimate that we would be charged the same price as our "old" estimate"It was just for insurance purposes" he said we needed to do thisWhen payment time came the bill was $ [redacted] higher than the original estimate Our hands were tied due to the fact we signed the unpriced estimate A month later the roof was leaking and [redacted] said he would come back when the weather was warmer to repair itThat was months ago, and we have heard nothing from themI had to pay a competitor to do the repair POOR business practice!!! I would NOT recommend Versatile to anyone!

Our hands were tied due to the fact we signed the unpriced estimate.
A month later the roof was leaking and [redacted] said he would come back when the weather was warmer to repair it. That was 8 months ago, and we have heard nothing from them. I had to pay a competitor to do the repair.
POOR business practice!!! I would NOT recommend Versatile to anyone!
