Only ONE of the orders was in fact refunded the same day (after this complaint was lodged and after I held (on speakerphone) for minutes (I have documentation to reflect this)) and only AFTER I spoke to a rep advising them that this complaint had been filed I literally held for minutes With music playing and no confirmation that I would ever reach a person But I did
The customer service rep was in fact apologetic and professional and she processed one of the returns the same day but the other return wasn't processed until a few days later I have received my money back but my "complaint" is not resolved in that it was never actually addressed, all they did was respond to the Revdex.com complaint when I forced their handThis last call took place on March ***, which is not holiday season, and I was offered no explanation for the hold time of nearly and hour Nearly an HOUR They clearly hoped I would hang up and try again another dayI will never do business with this company againdespite their awesome product offering

Holiday season, our website and our packing slips reflected the following statement. “ All returns and refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks due to the Holiday Season.” No further action is needed on this order. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond,

We received a Notice from Revdex.com for ID# [redacted].  I have attached proof that [redacted]’s refunds were processed on the same day for everything that she had returned. We tried to contact [redacted] recently to see why in her view point,  her complaint has not been resolved. No contact was made, but a voice mail was left for a call back.
We understand that the “Holidays” were over when she returned her product but as stated before, Jan-Feb are a couple of our busiest months and that is why we stated all returns would take approximately 4 weeks to process.
It is with great regret that we lost a customer. We don’t like for anyone to have a bad experience and that is why we tried to reach out.
We are a small family owned and operated company and our phones are busy. We do our best and call back within 24 hours if a voicemail is left.
 
We are not sure what else we need to do,

Review: I have purchase some items on Verseo. com on 02/**/2015 and when the items came on the 02/**/2015 every single one of them are expired on 02/2012 and the only reason I had notice is because my sister purchase the same items and the expiration date was 2016. so I called them and the lady I spoke on the phone told me that she will sent [redacted] to pick up the stuff and I said no problem them I look forward to it so I can return them. Then an hour later I received that email from them.

which I think is unfair because they sent me all them expired products since 2012 and now they only want to refund me $31.45 I called them and the lady sound like she was in her shower arguing with me saying the products was not defective but one them. it's a good thing i've take picture of all them just in case something like that would of take place. which I am willing to prove to them. The lady was very rude and yelling at me after her company is at fault of sending me expired items or products.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my full refund of the defective merchandise I was sent to. and the correct items because have not look at the product I could of been ill because of their mistake or failure to check products before sending them out. there are more items and unable to list all of them but here they are

Review: My friend ordered a TV Listener headphone system for me as a gift because I was having a hearing problem in 2011. I only used it 5 or 6 times and my hearing cleared up. Now my hearing problem is back but when I tried to used this system, it didn't work. I examined all the connections to our TV, read the troubleshooting guide, checked the new batteries to make sure they were installed properly with no help. The system lights up but there is no sound. I called [redacted] their customer service line and was cut off three times after being put on hold for 1/2 hour. I emailed the company with no answer. The warranty is up after 6 months. Because I only used the system a few times, it should be working now. It's model # [redacted] and it costs $32.95 with a shipping charge of $10.30 totalling $43.25. I noticed that Unisar has an F rating.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund so that I can buy a product from a different more reliable company. I do not want another TV listener because it will only malfunction after a few times.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint in question. Unisar has changed hands since Mr Homer has received his Headset as a gift and the number he has provided is not a number for Unisar. We would be glad to be of technical assistance. Our phone number is on our website. As for a refund, unfortunately we didn’t charge him and can not refund at this time. Again, if there are any technical issues that can be address for proper use of the unit, we are here Mon- Fri 9-5 eastern time and will be happy to assist.

Review: I ordered gloves and insoles from this company that were supposed to be heated, and offered a money-back guarantee. Neither product worked, and I have called three times with no answer, and my messages were not returned. I also emailed three times, still receiving no answer. The last email was sent about three weeks ago, and I have been trying to contact them since May of this year.Desired Settlement: Honor the advertised money-back guarantee.

Review: I was not satisfied with the product that I received. I attempted to call about the return process, left a message and got no response (ever). I proceeded to ship the product back to the company with all parts and a copy of the order form. The company received the product 5 days before the 30 day guarantee period ended. I have not heard any feedback about a refund. I have called many times and left messages. I have proof of when the product was sent and that the company received the product and when.Desired Settlement: A refund of the original total of $104.99.

Review: I purchased 2 pairs of battery operated gloves from Verseo; both pairs were defective. After repeated emails and calls with no response, I finally got someone on the phone. She refused, on the company's behalf, to reimburse return shipping costs for the return even though the return was as a result of their defective product. I spoke with [redacted] from customer service.Desired Settlement: Refund credit in the amount of $11.35 for return shipping reimbursement.

But if the customer claims they returned something and we do not have this we need the tracking number. Review: I returned my items to Verseo on Nov. [redacted] for a refund, the package was delivered to them on Dec. [redacted]. Since then, I have sent three emails and I have tried calling their [redacted] number several times. When calling their number I sit on hold anywhere from 10-20 minutes before I finally hang up. I have also sent them a message on their website in hopes that someone would contact me. In the last email I stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com if I got no response because I feel that I am out of options. I just want my refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the items that I returned, the refund should total $82.42.
